Run a Half Marathon at a sub 10 minute pace

Run a marathon

Do a pull up

Complete 1 cross fit workout

Lose the belly pudge and gain tight abs

See my hip bones (even just for a week lol)

See my collar bones

A thigh gap! 

Be able to see muscle definition
